Jean Jacques GRANDVILLE (1803-1847), cartoonist. Great crusade against liberty, circa 1834. Fifth plate dedicated to Lamartine, from the series of hand-colored lithographs, 36 x 55 cm; from "La Caricature (Journal)"; no. 192, plates 402-403 (fifth sheet). The title appears above the image top center on all sheets, with the title of the journal appearing top left and the plate numbers top right, the artists' initials appear in the image, and with explanatory notes, the lithographer, and publisher appear in the lower margins.
