Work condemned to destruction by a decision of the Seine Court of Assizes on August 9, 1842 (Aff. against Régnier-Becker) and by the Seine Correctional Court on March 13, 1852 (Aff. Langlois). This text was again referred to in the sentences rendered against Chapelle and Lefebvre, on 10 February and 30 May 1852 (Drujon).
