Yves TANGUY] Maria COMBOURG. Diary of a provincial girl. Phi - Lot 412
Yves TANGUY] Maria COMBOURG. Diary of a provincial girl. Phileas Fogg Publisher London-Calcutta-Melbourne, [Éric Losfeld, ca. 1952]. First edition. One volume in-16 jesus (200 x 143 mm) of 91 ff. n. e., illustrated cover, printed in black and green. Illustrated with 8 hors-texte by Yves Tanguy. "Printed at 250 copies for the Bibliophiles Voyageurs Transcontinentaux. "The cover is illustrated with a black drawing which, contrary to the publisher's claims, is not by Tsugouharu Foujita, nor even by Felix Labisse. The cover design is very classical, with a big typo for "their mere", and the eight out-of-text illustrations are by the surrealist artist Yves Tanguy (1900-1955). Dutel 1813, not in the BnF's Inferno.
