Diameter: 16,5 cm; Height: 4,2 cm (restorations, wear) This exceptional piece was probably made in a small series as a in a small series as a diplomatic gift for the foreign courts and and the families close to the king. We can note several similar cups in public collections, in particular the one collections, notably the one in the collections of the Musée des Beaux Arts des Beaux Arts de Lyon, from the Arconati-Visconti family (Inv E 538-20), as well as the one in the collection of the Museum of Saintes (Inv 87.12.1).
