Georges CONRAD (1874-1936). Diabetic, circa 1930. Ink and colored pencil drawing, 23.5 x 29.5 cm. Titled and captioned: "If I were you, I'd take care of myself...You must have sugar, it's sweet!...". The existence of this illustrator's erotic work had remained unknown until now. These drawings do not appear to have been published, despite the presence of captions. Conrad is not cited in any bibliography concerning curiosa. However, the style is similar to that of certain publications, and we must credit him, among others, with the illustrations signed Erem.
