ORIGINAL ADULT MANGA PLATES. Ken TSIKIKAGE (born November 10, 1941). Midare tsumaran emaki maru hi ooku monogatari, circa 1990-2000. Complete chapter: 18 plates, ink, collage, screen and gouache, 39 x 27 cm. Artist's stamp in red ink on verso. Ken Tsukikage is a major Gekiga author. Specializing in the eroticism of noblewomen in medieval Japan, he has also worked with author Kazuo Koike and adapted one of Akira Kurosawa's masterpieces, "The 7 Samurai", into manga.
