Second illustrated edition based on the 1615 edition by the same publisher in Nantes. Illustrated with an engraved title and 49 in-text engravings, mainly aerial views of oriental cities including Venice, the Greek islands, Constantinople, Rhodes, Cyprus, Malta, Tripoli, Cairo, Alexandria, Messina, etc. The first edition, without illustrations, was published in 1608 in Toul by François du Bois.
